We every one as English as Second language speakers want to speak in English as a Native. In this blog “Inspiration for all” author gives some useful tips to speak without accent. I found some of them are really helpful advice.
* Observe the mouth movements of those who speak English well and try to imitate them.
* Until you learn the correct intonation and rhythm of English, slow your speech down.
* Pronounce the ending of each word.
* Read aloud in English for 15-20 minutes every day.
He also emphasize patience in the learning process by saying:
You can change the way you speak but it won’t happen overnight. People often expect instant results and give up too soon. You can change the way you sound if you are willing to put some effort into it.

All good advice, also consider listening to talk radio online and in the traditional AM/FM format. Even having the radio playing in the background while one does housework, etc is a good idea. Reading movie scripts is also a cosideration. Best of Luck!
