BTW look at this link at trap17.com which posted a Memo which it claims sent to Hindi speaking staffs in Microsoft WA from someone in the administrative position. It seems funny. One of my colleague who understands Hindi said this cannot be true since the words used there are very in appropriate to use in such a document.
