It’s very sad to know while there is a doctor shortage in Canada these highly educated professional waste their skills in low end jobs.

Here are some excerpts from the article:

  • Canadian Colleges of Physicians and Surgeons require all graduating doctors to complete a residency of two years or more.
  • only Canadian and American residencies are accepted in Canada.
  • In order to be eligible for residency they have to have at least a year of medical practice behind them … but in order to practice in Canada they have to have residency.
  • One study predicts that come 2011, Canada may be short as many as 6,000 doctors.

    BTW look at this link at trap17.com which posted a Memo which it claims sent to Hindi speaking staffs in Microsoft WA from someone in the administrative position. It seems funny.
